Disco & retro
Disco and retro is the world where the costume does half the party for you. Mirrors, glitter, seventies and eighties silhouettes — a look people recognise instantly and step into on their own, without being invited.

It fits themed parties, company anniversaries with a dress code, and any event where the dance floor needs to fill early. Disco Heads and Black Suits Disco Heads are the walkabout end, the Discoball Acrobatic Show is the stage moment, and Retro Couples and Bride & Groom bring the nostalgic register rather than the nightclub one.
This is also where the interactive period characters sit. Fake Paparazzi meet guests at the door with flashguns going off, and Shoeshiners do the actual job, kit and all. Both of them generate reactions and photographs without needing a stage, a sound system, or a slot in the running order.
It works best with a dress code announced in the invitation. If guests turn up already in theme, the characters stop looking like a separate attraction and become part of the same evening — and the photos read as a party rather than an event with entertainers.
