If you use the site, what follows applies.

This site is not a shop

You can’t buy anything here and we don’t display prices. That isn’t an oversight, it’s how we work: the price of a moment depends on the date, the city, how many performers come in and how many times, and a number on a page would be wrong for almost everyone.

What you can do is build a shortlist and send it to us. That list is not an order, it doesn’t hold a date in the calendar and it commits you to nothing. It’s the start of a conversation: you get a quote, usually within the same working day.

A booking becomes real only when a contract is signed and the agreed deposit is paid. Until then, the date stays open to anyone — including someone else who reaches a contract before you. That isn’t a pressure tactic, it’s how a calendar works.

The conditions of each event — what gets delivered, at what time, in which costumes, what happens on cancellation or in bad weather — live in that contract, not here. The contract wins over this page every time.

What’s on the site

We work to keep photos, descriptions and availability accurate. Even so:

  • The photos show real costumes at real events. The light in your venue will be different.
  • Availability is only confirmed with the quote. An act in the catalogue may already be booked on your date, and costumes and performers are two separate stocks — the performer can be free while the costume is out.
  • The catalogue changes. New costumes arrive, others retire.

What’s ours

The photos, videos, texts, costumes and characters on this site are our own work or licensed to us. Please don’t take them for something else without asking — especially not for another event company’s materials. Do write to us: if you’re a client or a partner and want to use a photo from your own event, the answer is almost certainly yes.

The Elevarts name, the logo and the character names are ours.

How far we answer for the site

We keep the site up, but we can’t promise it will never go down. If it’s out for a few minutes and you couldn’t send your list, call us — we answer the phone.

The site links to other sites of ours (the workshop, picioroange.ro) and to social networks. We can’t answer for what lives on other people’s networks.

Nothing on this page limits our responsibility for the services we actually deliver — that’s in the contract, and there we keep our word.

Law and disagreements

Romanian law applies. If a problem comes up, the first step is to write to [email protected] — in 18 years, almost everything has been solved with a phone call. If it still isn’t, the courts of Bucharest have jurisdiction.

As a consumer, you may turn to the Romanian consumer protection authority, ANPC — anpc.ro — including through Alternative Dispute Resolution (SAL) at anpc.ro/sal. It’s free and happens outside the courts.

The European ODR platform no longer exists: it was shut down on 20 July 2025 by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228. If you come across a link to it on another site, it leads nowhere.

Changes

We may change this page. The date at the top says when we last did. Anything already agreed in a contract doesn’t change because of this page.
