Mascots are the one format in our catalogue that children approach first. The costume covers the performer completely, so the character has no age, no voice and needs no introduction — it gets recognised from the end of the corridor and hugged without any preamble.

They mostly end up in shopping centres, at store openings, kids' parties and winter markets — anywhere the audience is mixed and needs to stay in one place for longer than two minutes. Olaf, Mr. Grinch, Snowman and Santa's Reindeer carry the whole Christmas season, while Minecraft Soldiers and Gingerbread Men work just as well outside it.
Two things worth knowing before you book: the performer's field of vision inside the costume is limited, so busy routes are worked with a handler, and the heat inside means regular breaks. We plan those, but the venue needs a spot where the performer can step out of character without children seeing it happen.
For a shift of several hours, two mascots taking turns work better than one trying to last the distance. It costs a little more, but the character stays lively throughout and children never catch it on a break.
