A mall fills up at Christmas anyway. The hard part is making people stay, walk around and come back. Decorations and the tree do half the work. The other half needs something alive, moving among the visitors, giving families a reason to stop.

Stilt performers with wide white LED wings walked the gallery like holiday angels. The white read instantly against the red and green of the decorations, and the height made them visible from the far end of the walkway. They stopped for photos with the little ones, then moved on, so the moment repeated all evening in different spots.

Stilts lift the character above the crowd. In a mall packed for the holidays, that means you see them before you reach them.

The lit wings read against the red and green Christmas decor and keep the character visible in the dimmer corners of the gallery.

Built for photos
The characters stopped for pictures with the little ones. Every stop left a photo on someone's phone and a trace of the mall's season.
Costumes from our workshop,
a mobile gallery team
The LED wings and the costumes are our own production, so the look matched the mall's decor with no availability trade-offs. The team worked on the move, slotted into the mall's own schedule: short intervals, a break, another pass, never blocking the traffic between stores.
