Cascade Flowers and Rainbow Gentleman Giant Puppets at the opening, then Transformers V2 with full effects at the anniversaries.
One opening,
and every anniversary after it
A mall opening gets one shot at feeling like an event. After that, every anniversary has to look different to the same people in the same town. Dâmbovița Mall needed range, from a full stage show to characters walking among the visitors.
Oversized characters first,
a stage show after
For the 2020 opening we brought Cascade Flowers on stilts, in full colour, and the Rainbow Gentleman Giant Puppets — two oversized gentlemen in red and blue. For the anniversaries and special campaigns we moved the weight onto the stage: a Transformers V2 show and walk-around with Bumblebee and Optimus Prime, backed by sound, smoke, balloons and a confetti cannon. Other editions brought colourful stilt characters, butterflies and the Silver Geisha.

Giant Puppets at the opening
Rainbow Gentleman, two oversized gentlemen in red and blue, plus Cascade Flowers on stilts. The scale made the opening visible from the end of the gallery.

Transformers V2 on stage, with sound, smoke, balloons and a confetti cannon. The whole package came from us, so it loaded in on a single run.

Same team, year after year
We were at the 2020 opening and they called us back for anniversaries and special campaigns, with material from 2023 and 2025.
Costumes and effects,
all from the same house
The robots, the stage props and the stilt characters are ours, and so are the show effects. The Transformers costumes are built in our own workshop, so we could bring them back for every edition with no production lead times. One supplier for the whole moment means one rehearsal, one schedule and no negotiating between three companies on the day.
