Two performers on stilts with white LED wings at the door, then a costume change and dancing among the guests.
A welcome visible
from every table
A private event at Hard Rock Cafe Bucharest. The room has full tables and a live music stage, so the competition for attention starts at the first second. It needed an entrance that lifts the mood immediately and a second half that keeps guests on the floor instead of at their seats.
White Angels first,
Mirror Men on the floor
Two performers on stilts with white LED wings, the White Angels, welcomed guests on arrival. From that height the wings catch every light in the room and read from any table. Through the night they changed costumes and came down into the crowd: 2 × Mirror Men, Silver Bunny and LED Corset, dancing with the guests. The register moved from ceremony to party inside the same evening.

White LED wings at the door
White Angels on stilts with the wings lit. In a room with a live stage, light coming from above is the first thing anyone sees.

Four costumes, one evening
LED wings, 2 × Mirror Men, Silver Bunny and LED Corset. The change of register came out of the wardrobe we brought ourselves.

Dancing among the guests
In the second half the performers stepped off the stilts and danced with the guests on the floor.
Our costumes on site,
swapped during the night
Everything came from our own inventory, with costume changes during the event itself: from stilts and LED wings to Mirror Men and the LED Corset. As a direct producer, we carry the costumes with us and shift the register inside the same night, with no production lead time and no second supplier.
