British American Tobacco — LED Fusion Show
Ten performers in LED costumes and every screen in the club running the same content, at the same time.
A corporate party
with festival energy
BAT did not want a ten-minute moment on stage, after which the room goes back to background music. They wanted an evening where the whole club works: the stage, the screens, the floor, the people. In a venue covered in screens, a show that ignores them looks exactly like a rented show.
Costumes and screens
on the same content
LED Fusion Show Full, with 10 performers: 2 LED Robots, 2 LED Dancers, 2 Mirror Men Silver and 4 Disco Heads Drummers. We built the video for every screen in FaceClub to fit the show and started it in sync with the costumes. What lit up on the performers showed on the walls in the same second. The whole club joined the show.

Club screens synced to costumes
We produced the video content for every screen in FaceClub and ran it on the same timeline as the LED sequences on the performers.
-
10 performers, 3 technicians
Four kinds of characters on the floor: LED Robots on stage, LED Dancers, Mirror Men Silver and four Disco Heads Drummers. Behind them, three technicians for light and sync.
-
Drummers over the LED show
The four Disco Heads Drummers added live rhythm over the lit costumes. The sound came from the middle of the room as well, not only from the speakers.
The sync was the hard part
Ten performers on the floor and three technicians behind them. The costumes were ready; the work went into the video content, cut to the choreography and run end to end with it. Because we build our costumes and program our content, the sync was settled between two of our own people, not between two companies.
The film „BAT got an evening where the club screens and the performers' costumes ran the same thing at the same time — ten performers and one single show."
