The largest Christmas market in Bucharest, in Piața Constituției, with thousands of visitors a night and a programme across every weekend. At that scale a ground-level act disappears between the huts. And when a client books you year after year, you cannot show up with the same characters every time.

Around 20 different characters, across every weekend of the market: almost our entire Christmas range, minus Ice Queen & King. Candy Guards on stilts, red and white, as tall as the candy canes. Ceremonial Drummers and Soldiers. Gingerbread Man and elves with presents. Silhouettes you could spot from the far end of the square, above the huts and above people's heads.

Rotated from one
weekend to the next
From 2019 to 2025, weekend after weekend, all of it from our own inventory. We rotated the characters from one weekend to the next and from one year to the next, so anyone coming back more than once would not see the same thing twice. The Christmas range lives in our workshop, so we can stretch it across a whole season.
