5 To Go — Coffee Shop Opening
A silver rabbit dressed in mosaic mirrors greeted customers at the door of a new 5 To Go coffee shop.
An opening that stops
people on the pavement
5 To Go was opening a new coffee shop and wanted the day to feel like an event, not a ribbon cutting. In a city full of new storefronts, a door that opens goes unnoticed. Something had to turn heads on the pavement and pull people inside.
A rabbit in mosaic mirrors,
at the door
We sent Silver Bunny, a rabbit in a suit covered with mosaic mirrors that catches every light around it and throws it back. He stood at the entrance, welcomed customers, played with them and with the dogs out for a walk, and posed with anyone who asked. Playful and sparkling, on the relaxed 5 To Go tone.

Mosaic mirrors, not sequins
The suit is covered in mirror shards that pick up the shop lights and the street. It reads from the far end of the pavement, with no LEDs and no power.

Built for photos
The character posed with customers and with their dogs. Every photo travelled on from there, with the new coffee shop in the background.
Costume from our own inventory
The suit was already in our warehouse, built in our own workshop, so the opening never waited on a production deadline. We picked the character that fits the short format of a store opening and brought it ready to go. Nobody stood between the costume, the performer and the pavement outside.
„The opening behaved like an event: a sparkling character at the door, passers-by stopping, and photos that travelled on."
