Flight Festival
Three to four performers per edition, in different costumes every year, from the entrance arch to the middle of the crowd.
A crowd that comes back,
expecting more
Flight called us for four editions. The audience returns year after year, same tickets, higher expectations. Show them the same costume twice and it stops working. The atmosphere had to be rebuilt at every edition, across three or four days, from afternoon to late night.
A different costume set
for every edition
Three to four performers per edition, walking the whole festival so the atmosphere held across all days. At the entrance arch, a silver winged statue on stilts, the first thing people saw on arrival. Through the crowd: colourful LED TVs, Disco Heads, LED fans and peacock tails, LED butterfly wings, purple Cascade Flowers on stilts and colourful harlequin characters. A different set, year after year.

Four editions, four looks
2022, 2023, 2025 and 2026. Every time we came back, a different costume set, so the regulars saw something new.

Silver statue at the entrance arch
Winged, on stilts, right at the Flight arch. The first frame of the festival for anyone walking through the gates.

LEDs across the whole site
LED peacock tails and fans, butterfly wings, colourful LED TVs. After dark the performers were the only light source that moved.

Present on every festival day
Three or four days covered end to end. The energy never depended on a single slot in the programme.
New costumes every year,
from our own production
Every costume came out of our own production, different at each edition. As a direct producer, we could refresh the lineup without recycling what had already been seen the year before. Same team, new look each time. A middleman would have offered whatever was in stock.
