Freeland Festival
Two days in Slobozia, from DiscoBall Acrobatics on stage to Silver Bunnies and an inflatable mascot through the crowd.
First collaboration,
two full days to cover
A festival we were reaching for the first time. The programme asked for stage and crowd, across two full days. The organiser was seeing us at work for the first time, on his own ground. On a debut you have no track record speaking for you, so it had to land from the first night.
DiscoBall Acrobatics on stage,
characters through the crowd
We covered stage and crowd. On stage, the LED show block: Mirror Men, disco costumes and the centrepiece, DiscoBall Acrobatics, the act we also took to Românii au Talent. The LED TVs carried custom Freeland Festival branding. Through the crowd, characters kept the energy up, from Silver Bunnies to an inflatable mascot. Two days, from the stage moment to the last photo with the audience.

- Discoball Acrobatic Show
- Mirror Men
- LED TVs
- Disco Heads
- Silver Animals
- Colorful Inflatable Mascots
-
DiscoBall Acrobatics, the centrepiece
The act we also took to Românii au Talent. On the Slobozia stage it held the room without a word.
-
LED TVs branded for Freeland
Custom festival branding on the LED screens. The organiser's name moved through the crowd on a costume instead of a banner.
-
Stage and crowd, one supplier
Mirror Men and disco costumes on stage, Silver Bunnies and the inflatable mascot in the crowd. One team for the whole programme.
-
Both days covered in full
A complete programme on each day rather than a single slot. The energy held from the opening to the close.
Everything from inventory,
branding made in house
The costumes came from our own inventory, and the Freeland Festival branding on the LED TVs was produced in house. As a direct producer, we covered both days with the team and the props ready, from the stage to the characters in the crowd. No subcontractors between us and the organiser.
„On a first collaboration, Freeland Festival got a programme covered end to end, from the stage to the middle of the crowd."
